Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Suzitee, we take pride in offering personalized and print-on-demand products tailored to your preferences. To ensure satisfaction, we provide a 'Personalize' button for customizing your item before adding it to the cart.
Additionally, a 'Preview' button is available on the cart page, allowing you to double-check your design before proceeding to checkout. As our items are personalized and created on-demand, we cannot accept returns. However, should any issues arise with your order, please feel free to contact our Customer Support via email for prompt and satisfactory resolution.
If you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact us directly and we will correct it for you.
In case of defective or damaged goods, you don't even have to return your package. We will send a replacement to you (No extra fee).
Any unsuccessful deliveries due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
Any dissatisfactions related to apparel sizing and/or colours will not be eligible for refund or replacement. Please make sure to have a look at our size chart on product pages before completing your purchase.
Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days since your delivery date. If the 7-day period has gone, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE
In some cases below, fortunately, replacement can be sent with just a small fee compared to the original price:
1. You received the wrong item/ design/ size due to incorrectly customized input.
2. Your shipping address was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address input.
Every customer matters, your happiness will also be customized in each and every contact with Suzitee.

FILE A CLAIM
To file a claim, please send us an email to support@suzitee.com or use contact form and include the following information (this is a must):
- Order number
- Video/ photo of the defective product(s)
- Full delivery address
Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).
